the room was well-equipped, especially the bathroom. the location is great for accessing many attractions, despite steep streets (but it's worth it!). breakfast was acceptable. i found the hotel very clean, quiet and close to the main road and tram stop. the staff are friendly and helpful.

the hotel is located in a difficult spot for older people and strollers because of a steep road. taxis also do not come there. when i asked for help ordering a taxi, all the taxis refused to come, and ride apps canceled my order. i had to walk a long and tiring distance to the main street.

the breakfast included some hot items that changed daily. it offered a good variety of dishes. items were replenished until fifteen minutes before closing. fresh ingredients added to the quality.

the reception operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. the staff were helpful, kind, and professional. they greeted guests with enthusiasm (a very nice touch!). staff were quick to address requests.

the room included perfectly working air conditioning. the entire hotel appears newly renovated. the hotel provides excellent value for its cost. the room had a very comfortable bed.

The staff was AMAZING! they were super friendly. my room was a great size, and the bed was ENORMOUS! the bathroom was also really lovely, and i loved the choices of hot food each morning at breakfast. It was great.

the staff were very cute. they provided information that was helpful and ensured a comfortable stay. i appreciated how nice they were when providing breakfast, even though i had to check out before the restaurant opened. the cleanliness and new interiors impressed me a lot.

the room size was a bit small. i struggled to manage with my luggage. a little more space would really help for longer stays and to place luggage easily. there were no major issues besides that.

the staff tried, i suppose.

the breakfast was subpar. no sweets options existed. the coffee machine didnt work properly. the location created real problem, and taxis refused to come near the hotel. i ended up dragging my luggage down a long street.
